Mental HealthFor all mental health concerns, Bard College Berlin offers its students a variety of services.
Students have the possibility to speak confidentially to a professional counselor about any personal difficulties.
Student Life staff and trained peer counselors (BRAVE Counselors) also assist students in finding mental health specialists.
On-campus counseling servicesCounseling is part of Bard College Berlin’s health services and is not billed to students’ health insurance.
For all mental health concerns, Bard College Berlin offers its students the services of a professional counselor: Susanne Baberg holds the German Approbation as Psychological Psychotherapist (VT), Masters degrees in both Psychology (Dipl. Psych) and Psychotherapy (M.sc.) and is certified in Trauma Psychotherapy (MIT) and Emergency Response Psychology (BDP).
To set up an appointment, students are asked to email Susanne Baberg at firstname.lastname@example.org. Counseling takes place at the Student Center (Kuckhoffstraße 43, upper floor) and on Wednesdays.
