Immediate Decision Plan - New York

Bard College Berlin's Immediate Decision Plan (IDP) in New York is an in-person application process that allows students around the East Coast of the U.S. to receive their college admission decision one business day after attending an event in their region. 

During this event, applicants will meet admissions staff, attend a seminar led by a BCB professor, and complete their individual interview in person.

The event will take place on November 14 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm, and students who take part will receive their admission notification by November 16. 

Please note that in order to take part in IDP, you must submit a complete application by the Early Action application deadline on November 1, and you must also register for the correct IDP event by November 1. You cannot register for multiple IDP events. Approved registrants will receive more information on their individual interview and seminar ahead of the event. 

Registration will open in the first week of September.
