Bard College Berlin offers on-campus housing and classrooms for rental during winter and summer breaks to groups affiliated with educational institutions. Generally our residence halls are available during the first three weeks of January, and from late May- August 1. Exact dates depend on our academic calendar.

All of our accommodations are apartment-style, with apartments ranging from 2-10 person occupancy. Depending on the building, apartments with double-occupancy rooms, single-occupancy rooms, or a mix are available. Each residence hall room includes a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a bookshelf, a bed lamp and a desk lamp. Bed linens are also provided. All residence halls have free wireless internet access and laundry access.

Located in Berlin’s Pankow neighborhood, the Bard College Berlin campus is a short walk to the M1 tram and several bus lines. There are also multiple grocery stores, drug stores, pharmacies, and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The KW Residences have over thirty apartments, with occupancies ranging from 2-6. Almost all bedrooms are single occupancy, with a few double occupancy rooms available throughout both buildings.

Henry Koerner Hall has 12 apartments, with occupancies ranging from 3-10 including a mix of single and double occupancy rooms.

Treskowstrasse 25

Treskowstrasse 25 has 12 apartments, with occupancies from 4-6. Almost all bedrooms are double occupancy, with one or two singles available.

Classrooms and Other Spaces

  • Classroom & Meeting Space
    We have classrooms available for rent with capacities ranging from 12-50 people. These rooms are equipped with projection equipment. 
  • W15 Lounge
    We also have a multipurpose lounge space that is available for rent. The space is equipped with a tv and computer and a variety of seating options. 

Cafeteria Service

Typically our cafeteria is open for meals Monday through Friday. Breakfast is usually served from 8-10am, lunch from 11:30am-1:30pm, and dinner from 6-8pm. Depending on your program dates, it may be possible to offer your group meal service during your stay at BCB.
