Event Planning Checklist

Events are an integral part of teaching and studying at Bard College Berlin. Below you will find helpful resources for reserving, submitting, and planning events.

If you are having trouble accessing the form or events guides, please be sure you are logged into your Bard College Berlin account. The Communications Office is here to help ensure your events are promoted effectively. Should you need additional information, contact [email protected]. 

  • Reserve Your Space
    Faculty and Staff Events
    Faculty and staff may reserve a space for their event by emailing the Registrar. 

    Student Club Events
    Students may reserve a space for their club event using this form. 
  • Submit Your Event
    To add your event to the events calendar and have your event be promoted, all faculty, staff, and students must fill out the event form.
