Lotte Leerschool

Lotte Leerschool is an artist based in Berlin, Germany. She graduated as a Meisterschüler of Peter Doig from the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf and was an exchange student at the Royal Academy of Arts and the Royal College of Art in London. She recently received her MFA in Painting from Bard College.

Lotte’s work is informed by her background in movement studies and movement notation. She is currently part of the collective studio project CRELLE and has exhibited in various institutions and artist-led spaces, such as GUTS Berlin; CONTAINER [Editions NYC]; Wandtarchive Düsseldorf; LIAR; Tom Dick or Harry; Display Gallery London; Canongate Venture; K21 Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen.
