Lakshmi Pradeep Rajeswary is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Working Group “Reclaiming Turtles All the Way Down” at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science. Her research explores questions of science and indigeneity in the coral islands of India through ethnographic methods. Prior to this, she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the International Institute for Asian Studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands. She specializes in the fields of Environmental Anthropology, Science and Technology Studies, and Island Studies.PhD in South Asian Studies
