Gender-Based Misconduct

Bard College Berlin is committed to providing learning and working environments free of gender-based misconduct and to preventing, responding to and remedying occurrences of gender-based misconduct when it becomes aware of them. Bard College Berlin will respond to reported incidents of gender-based misconduct involving students, faculty, staff, or any other member of the Bard College Berlin community.

Reporting Options

Incidents of gender-based misconduct can be reported institutionally, confidentially, or criminally.

  • Institutional Reports
    Official institutional reports can be made in person or via phone/email to the Gender Equity Coordinator or the Deputy Gender Equity
    Coordinator or the Gender-based Misconduct Reporting Form.

  • Confidential Reports
    Confidential reports can be made to a Bard College Berlin Counselor, or external Berlin support institutions.
