Event Planning Checklist

Events are an integral part of teaching and studying at Bard College Berlin. Below you will find helpful resources for reserving, submitting, and planning events.

  • Reserve Your Space
    Faculty and Staff Events
    Faculty and staff may reserve a space for their event by emailing the Registrar. 

    Student Club Events
    Students may reserve a space for their club event using this form. 
  • Submit Your Event
    To add your event to the calendar and have your event be promoted, all faculty, staff, and students must fill out the event form.
