Elena B. Stavrevska holds a Masters degree in International Relations and European Studies and a PhD in Political Science from the Central European University. In her research and publications, she has focused on (post-)conflict governance, European Union's approach to peacebuilding, and interpretive methodologies in peace and conflict studies. Her dissertation analyzed the different conceptions of peace in post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina and their impact on people's agency, existing systems of inequality and inclusion/exclusion from peace processes. Elena has worked on a number of international research projects involving conflict governance in Europe, specifically Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Georgia, and Cyprus. She has previously taught at the Department of International Relations at the Central European University. PhD in Political Science
