Professor of Politics Dr. Ewa Atanassow's work on Tocqueville appears in Spanish ​translation

A Spanish translation of Prof. Dr. Ewa Atanassow's essay “Illiberal democracy? A Tocquevillean perspective” has been published in the third volume of Cuadernos Tocqueville, a Spanish language journal dedicated to the social and political thought of Alexis de Tocqueville.

The essay was originally published in The Emergence of Illiberalism, a volume edited by BCB faculty Prof. Dr. Boris Vormann and former faculty Dr. Michael Weinman (Routledge, 2021).

Cuadernos Tocqueville is published by the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile) and disseminated across Latin America, featuring contributions from Tocqueville scholars from around the world.
